I received the loveliest arrangement from out of town friends who ordered from Buckhead Florist. It is not easy to know where to get an arrangement if unfamiliar with a city. And people don’t know what the recipient receives unless they get a picture. This is a beautiful arrangement. Many thanks Buckhead Florist. I will now know where to order flowers in Atlanta when I need a florist.

Omg, this is the only florist I’ll ever use again!!! I called Buckhead florist, with a same day request for a coworkers/bday. When I arrived I was not 100% satisfied with the bouquet and was offered an upgrade for a small fee. The staff was very polite and offered me to wait in the lobby while they remade the arrangement. Within 30 min I had the absolute most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever seen!!! In addition to my upgrade they added an additional upgrade (free of charge). I wish I could rate this place 10 stars!!! Thank you thank you thank you to the amazing staff for their willingness to go the extra mile!!!! I can’t tell you how many times I was stopped and complimented walking into the office. The arrangement is breathtaking!!!

Update: They did it again! I called Mary at 4:45 pm and she delivered a beautiful bouquet the same day!! My friend was in tears she was so happy. Twice in the last two weeks I have called from out of state to send flowers to a friend. With little guidance from me they designed two beautiful arrangements. They delivered it within very tight windows and never said “we’ll try”; they just did it. My friend loved the flowers and they lasted a long time. I highly recommend them.

Where do I even start - I’m a 34 year old sales guy - needless to say I know nothing about flowers. About a year ago I met the girl of dreams and she was interested in me. Turns out, she loves flowers. I've spent my whole life going to publix, kroger.. etc for flowers for the sweet women in my life. A few months later for Valentine’s Day I did what I thought I should do and googled flower delivery and 1800 flowers came up. I thought there would be a great delivery of someone walking into her office saying “special delivery for Erica”. But no it was flowers packed in a box that they left in the mailroom... Safe to say I got sweet accolades for the gesture from my angel and a full refund from.. them. At our one year anniversary, I knew I needed to step it up so I called Mary at Buckhead Flowers and said I want to do my big one. she said what would you like? I of course replied with i have no clue what im doing.. HELP! In the same day she designed the most amazing bouquet for my girlfriend, which included her most favorite flowers, peonies, (had no clue what they were let alone that they were her favorite) among so many other beautiful flowers. Needless to say I did my big one and Erica loved them. Then a couple months later (today) I woke up on the wrong side of bed and was a bit grouchy. I called Mary to help me out. I called her at 4:15 today and asked her to put something together to bring home after work tonight but she told me they closed at 4 and she had to leave to pick up her son at the airport, so I said I totally understood and would pickup something from Kroger or Publix on the way home. She responded with “can you be here in 15 mins?” And I said yes! I got there and there was a gorgeous, happy bouquet for my honey. Mary's only requirement was to give Erica extra kisses tonight in addition to the flowers. Needless to say, I cannot recommend buckhead florist enough!! I received the best service from Buckhead Florist!! I ordered 7 bud vase arrangements for an event in town and cannot be happier with the outcome. I first need to talk about Mary and Demetri, these two were exceptional in their support and delivery. I am still in awe at the delightfulness both of them spread through my short interactions and phone calls with them. (I haven't been this eager to answer the phone in years, but knowing it was Mary calmed every part of me) 💕 Second, our actual arrangements came out BEAUTIFULLY 💐 - I ordered for one of my clients who is very specific about their brand colors and vibe. I sent over inspo photos and a color guide, and the team at Buckhead Florist delivered exactly what I was looking for. I felt heard and taken care of throughout the entire experience. I can't wait until I get to place another order with this team 💖

Ms. Pat is a godsend. Definition of I love what I do! I came in trying to get flowers the day before my wedding for my bouquet. Even though they didn’t have what I was looking for, Ms Pat called multiple florists to source what I needed. I truly appreciate you!

AMAZING SERVICE - I found Buckhead Florist online from out of state. Knowing that Buckhead is an affluent area, I assumed a florist with that name would be reputable. Indeed they were. They put together a spectacular arrangement and kept me apprised of the entire order and delivery every step of the way. The flowers were delivered promptly and professionally and were beautifully arranged. I highly recommend Buckhead Florist.

Absolutely amazing! We came in on valentines for an arrangement we needed for a wedding present that day. Not only were they able to help us but it only took 15mins. They went above and beyond and we are so grateful. The flowers look fantastic!
